I hate Google Chrome, I probably shouldn't say that via blogger that is Google owned and run but I do hate it. My dislike stems from the promotional material that has surrounded it. The Pokemon style ball logo combined and the scrawly font used on the adverts do not match in anyway, it looks like it has been thrown together by a team of designers that were on opposite sides of the world all using what ever style they liked at the time.
I also don't understand why, if you are going to go to town with the Photoshop effects like they have on the ball logo thing, have they called it chrome and not made anything look 'chrome'? I know its a bit of a cliché but I search for even a hint of chrome in everything and anything that surrounds this web browser but to no avail.
Having said all that, check out this video; it almost makes up for all of the other promotional shit we have had to endure.
